For Black women ready to be free
A healing platform for Black women recovering from narcissistic abuse, emotional incest, and religious trauma — and home of the Free Indeed 12-step program.
"What was done to me was real. I am not making it up. I am waking up."
Reclaimed Healing is the platform — courses, coaching, community, and content. Free Indeed is the 12-step program that lives at its heart. Together they form a complete healing ecosystem built specifically for Black women.
Courses, workbooks, coaching, podcast content, community, and merch — all created from lived experience and professional training, all designed to meet Black women where they are and take them further than they imagined possible.

Learn about Free Indeed →A peer support program for Black women — not therapy, not a church. A community of women who have lived it, who are living through it, and who refuse to live in it forever.
Being controlled, manipulated, gaslit, or emotionally exploited by someone — a parent, partner, or religious leader — who used love or authority as a weapon.
Being made to carry the emotional weight of a parent's life in ways that crossed the line between parent and child. Sometimes called parentification or enmeshment.
Being harmed in the name of God — through shame, silencing, control, or manipulation by churches, religious leaders, or family using scripture as a weapon.
I did not cause the abuse I experienced.
I could not have controlled it. I could not have cured it
with more love, more silence, or more faith.
But I can choose my healing — one day, one step, one truth at a time.
I am Free Indeed.
Free Indeed meetings are open to any Black woman who is ready to begin — or who simply wants to listen. You do not have to share, explain yourself, or have your story figured out. You only have to show up.
Our in-person community gathers in a private, safe location. The address is shared upon registration to protect the privacy of every woman in the room. All meetings are free. Donations are deeply appreciated and help sustain the program.
Register to AttendMeetings are always free. Your donation — any amount — helps cover materials, space, and resources so no woman is ever turned away. Every dollar is an act of community care.

This is a place where those words are welcome."
